"Dad, Why do blind people lay down in the Mud"

Dayton had been asking me why blind people need to lay down in the mud for quite a while. I couldn't make any sense of it until he also asked " Why do they need to lay down in Mud and put Cucumbers on their eyes"
Dayton practicing his sliding into home-plate technique on dirt covered cardboard in the front-yard.
Carson is pretty much fearless. Dad got in so much trouble when Mom saw this picture.
Pt Robinson Sandcastles with Todd.
Todd was visiting from California and spotted this deer that got whacked by the side of the road.

Carson and Puppy were a little bit surprised that they could get wet.
Look close enough and you can see that Dayton had just learnt how to skip stones across the water.
Dayton invited himself to a water pistol fight at Donut Beach

Marine View Park

Marine View park is right by our new place in Washington. The path to the beach is about a mile downhill and ends with literally 400 stairs.

Carson has his monkey called Puppy on his back, it is a cleverly disguised baby harness. The monkeys tail is the leash. He loves to throw rocks into the sound.
